My Review 

I'm very much in love with Kaspersky, when it comes about antiviruses. I does a heck of a job protecting the user. I've tested along the way a bunch of antiviruses (Norton, AVG, Avast, Sophos, Nod32,etc), but for me it's still Kaspersky.

With the others it's always the same: either too many false positives, either big detection rate but zero 0day protection, either it takes too much to scan your files, or a single bug that makes your system vulnerable, or something.

With Kaspersky i've found my balance. It doesn't take up much resources (indeed, i have 4 GB of RAM), it doesn't many false positives, it has a decent scan rate, and let us not forget the main purpose: it protects you.

I've tested along the way with a bunch of 0 day malware if it didn't had a signature for it, after a few minutes after sending the sample to newvirus@kaspersky.com (yes, they have an email account for this), i've always received an answer and after about half an hour an update was pushed with the new signature so I and others can stay protected. What more can you want?

I also like the viruswatch program because they fill you in about the numbers so that you can gave an idea, and also their information network if you want to know more details about the current threats (securelist.com).

All this combined makes Kaspersky Internet Security 2010 the best product for me when it comes about antiviruses.
