Trojan-Clicker.JS.Iframe.bb is Kaspersky detection for the adjuggler iframe, which in and of itself is not malware. Adjuggler is an ad rotation service that automatically swaps out banner advertising based on the referrer and destination URLs. Many websites, particularly those in the niche travel sector, use adjuggler to deliver contextual advertising for their sites.
As with any other online advertising, some ads can display advertisements that lead to scareware (aka FakeAV) or other malware.
Beginning in late 2009, the sshnas.dll / sshnas21.dll trojan began redirecting Web surfers' searches on Google, Yahoo, and Bing to niche sites, many of which happened to employ adjuggler banner rotations. This increased the detection numbers for rotator.adjuggler.com, causing it to be named a number one Web threat by Kaspersky in May 2010 - even though the adjuggler rotation iframe is no more or less dangerous than any other form of online advertising.
The Kaspersky May report also erroneously states that "Trojan-Clicker.JS.Iframe.bb...infected almost 400,000 websites during May alone." Not only is the statement incorrect, the report itself contradicts this claim by noting 397,667 encounters total (not unique websites). In any event, the detection is on the vanilla adjuggler iframe and thus not indicative of any infection or website compromise.
Those concerned about adjuggler specifically can add the following to the Windows HOSTS file:
127.0.0.1 rotator.adjuggler.com
Note that the free NoScript addon, which requires the Firefox browser, will automatically prevent scripts in advertising (or any other non-approved source) from running.
