Vulnerability in Trend Micro Housecall

A vulnerability in Trend Micro's online scanner could lead to remote code execution, according to research performed by Secunia. The culprit: an ActiveX control in Housecall (Housecall_ActiveX.dll) included in versions 6.51.0.1028 and 6.6.0.1278. Secunia Advisory SA31583 provides detailed information about the vulnerability as well as remediation and patch information.
