Recovery for GPCode Ransomware Trojan

Antivirus vendor Kaspersky has published a how-to-guide for recovering files encrypted by the latest version of the GPCode ransomware Trojan. The tools involved are free, but recovery does mean following a specific sequence of steps. It's imperative that victims not reboot their system or perform other activities on the infected computer prior to carrying out these steps.
