| Definition | Travesty: When the US Patent Office frivolously awards a patent for something so obviously infringing on other vendors' prior art. Example: Microsoft's recently awarded Patent No. 7,376,970.
This bumps the lead from Trend Micro who until now held the most egregious patent award.
