Phishing, password-stealing Trojans, and data security breaches are just three of the items contributing to high levels of ecommerce credit card fraud. According to CyberSource, the combined impact of ecommerce credit card fraud was estimated to be $3.6 billion in 2007. And it seems Romania tops the list of the global dirty dozen of countries posing the highest risk of credit card fraud. Now gamers in Romania are petitioning the EU against Microsoft, Nintendo, and Sony for denying them access to the online services afforded to credit card customers in other parts of the world. >> Full Story
