Re-enable Access to Task Manager.

Malicious code writers use a variety of tricks to prevent users from cleaning an infection. One common technique is designed to make manual inspection and removal more difficult by disabling access to Task Manager. Fortunately, a few quick Registry edits are usually all that are needed to regain control. Here's how to re-enable access to Task Manager.
