FTC files case against spyware suspects

Self-professed spam king Sanford Wallace has once again found himself on the wrong side of the law. According to the Seattle Post, the US Federal Trade Commission (FTC) alleges Wallace and his company "have changed consumers' Web browsers, installed advertising and other software programs, and compelled purchase of anti-spyware software."
