Enable file extension viewing

By default, Windows suppresses executable file extensions, thus paving the way for all sorts of tricks by virus writers. It also makes it difficult for the average user to follow the most basic security advice - not to open executables received via email. If you can't view the extension, how do you know what file type it is? Fortunately, there's an easy fix.
