Email banking scams

Phishing schemes, fictitious email claiming to be from legitimate financial institutions, abound on the Internet. Recent versions ironically claim to be in response to security threats and instruct the recipient to logon to their account to confirm their identity. Of course, the link in the scam email actually points to the criminal's website.
